Before go-live

If you cancel before your website and Chief are live, we refund the $499 setup fee in full and your membership never starts.

Your website. We build the first version of your business website, or move your existing one, and run it on your own PrivateChief server, beside your Chief. It includes up to six pages written with you or brought over from your current site (for example home, about, services or products, pricing, questions and contact), your logo and colours (or a simple logo we design), a contact form, basic search-engine setup, and two rounds of changes before it goes live. Where your current platform will not export its design, we rebuild the pages. It is served on a domain you own or on a free address we provide; registering a domain is not included. After launch, your Chief can make changes for you when you ask. Taking payments, bookings, member log-ins and other custom web-app features are not part of the setup fee: if you want them, we quote them in writing first and charge nothing extra without your agreement.
