- What it covers
- One membership covers your household and any number of businesses on one dedicated server we host, patch, monitor and back up. Each business is its own separate workspace with its own Books, contacts, tools, documents, customer desk, Chief and members; they share only the server. Adding a business later has no setup fee and no extra membership fee. Included: 25 GB of storage. Optional, only if you ask: each extra 25 GB at $5 a month; a bigger server at $49 a month; an extra household at $99 a month.

- Before go-live
- If you cancel before your Chief is live, we refund the $299 onboarding fee in full and your membership never starts.
- 30-day money-back
- Cancel within 30 days of the day your Chief goes live and we refund the $299.00 onboarding fee and your first $199.00 month in full. Metered AI usage is not included, and setup done in person at your home or business is not refundable.
